冷庫冷風(fēng)機(jī)是冷庫蒸發(fā)器的一種，冷庫冷風(fēng)機(jī)的作用是將冷庫熱力膨脹閥的低溫低壓的飽和制冷劑通過冷風(fēng)機(jī)與被冷卻介質(zhì)發(fā)生熱交換，將飽和制冷進(jìn)行氣化并且?guī)ё呃鋷靸?nèi)部熱量的換熱設(shè)備，冷庫冷風(fēng)主要由冷卻換熱排管軸流風(fēng)機(jī)、分液器容霜裝置、駿水盤等5大安部分組成，來自冷庫冷凝器的高壓常溫液態(tài)制冷劑經(jīng)過執(zhí)力膨脹閥節(jié)流后直接進(jìn)入冷庫風(fēng)機(jī)的分液器，進(jìn)行均勻分液后送入換熱排管進(jìn)行氣化吸熱，而冷庫風(fēng)機(jī)的軸流風(fēng)機(jī)則負(fù)責(zé)將冷庫機(jī)和冷庫內(nèi)空氣進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制對流循環(huán)達(dá)到冷庫制冷的目的
由于冷庫怒發(fā)器外邊的溫度低于O℃，隨著制冷時間的增加，冷庫冷風(fēng)機(jī)外表面會出現(xiàn)霜層，產(chǎn)生這些霜層后不僅嚴(yán)重影響冷庫風(fēng)機(jī)的換熱系數(shù)，還會導(dǎo)致冷庫冷風(fēng)機(jī)循環(huán)風(fēng)量的大大減少，這樣一來就會影響冷庫冷風(fēng)機(jī)的換熱量，使冷庫設(shè)備的運轉(zhuǎn)性能嚴(yán)重下降，為了保證冷庫冷風(fēng)機(jī)有良好的換熱性能，就必須對冷庫冷風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)行容霜工作，目前冷庫冷風(fēng)機(jī)常見的容霜方式為電熱容霜，電熱容霜具有容霜徹底、能實現(xiàn)自動控制等眾多優(yōu)點，受到很多小型醫(yī)藥冷庫、蔬菜冷庫工程的青睞

In order to ensure the good heat exchange performance of the cold storage chiller, the cold storage chiller must be frost-proof. Currently, the cold storage chiller is the most common. The frost-receiving method is electric heating cream, electric heating cream has the advantages of complete frost tolerance, automatic control, etc., and has received many small medicine cold storage and vegetable cold storage projects.
